It would be my guess that it is the town of Waterloo (which is in Monroe County) and the M.E. may be Methodist Evangelical and Saboth would probably be Sabbath (as we now spell it). I do not know if it is still there or not because I do not live there but I have been to Waterloo. It is a great place for German history. Good Luck and Merry Christmas.
