Hello list, I am working on re-building the Monroe County site, I will trying to add something every day or so. Currently I am working on adding well over 2000 Monroe Co Funeral cards. They are from the scanned collection of Vernon Ritter. Thank you Vernon. I just finished uploading A-C, they are big lists. Yesterday I uploaded a page with WWI soldiers, as I receive or find more that will also be updated, there are plans for a WWII, Korean page. Also added are some obituaries. There have been some school group pictures and the 1938 Columbia High year book pictures added. As you can see there are several things listed as coming soon, I will get as much as I can uploaded as soon as possible. As soon as I get caught up I will want to do a researcher-surname list with your emails and surnames you are researching., I know the genealogy society has one but this one will be for all who are researching Monroe Co names. I will try to post here as I add data, pictures and such. If anyone has any pictures from Monroe County, or data, soldier bio's or anything that will be of interest and want to share it you can email me at lworth1@charter.net.
