Melching was sawing wood at Gus Hempe’s last Sunday. An automobile surprised the natives here last Friday by passing through. R. J. Senf and Wm. Meister were business visitors at Waterloo Saturday. Paul Larsie and Henry Hagere spent one day last week in Waterloo on business. Annie, Caroline, Susie, Yetta, Bertha and Tina, John and Wim. Hempe, also Wm. Meching took a swift sleigh-ride out to Daisy Dell and visited Henry Frisch Monday evening.
