Hello, I have just viewed your e-mail via the Mercer County list. My great...grandfather was Sankey Morgan. He was born in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania in 1815. He moved to Mercer County, Illinois. I do not know anything about his parents. One of his sons was born in Bedford County, Pennsylavania in 1843. Sankey died in Mercer County in 1893. One of his brothers was Thomas, born in 1819. I have no idea if our Morgans are connected but would love to find Sankey's parents.
