I looked these up in Volume 5 of the DAR Cemetery Records: William C. Sample 1851-1934 Mary Phillips, wife of Wm. C. Sample 1855-1921 Roy M. Sample 1886-_______ Flora W. Maurer, wife of R. M. 1884-_____ Apparently the death dates of Roy and Flora were after the publication date of volume 5. Roy Sample born 25 April 1886 appears in the Social Security Death Index and died July 1967 in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona. There was no entry for Flora.
