Looking for info on family of Serepta Jane Dunn who married Lewis Rickabaugh in 1857 in Mercer Co., An affidavit was signed by Isaac Dunn giving permission for her at age fifteen to marry L. Rickabaugh. Don't believe Isaac was her father, but possiubly a relative.
