Hi... I am looking for any information on Florence Bertha Palmer (Nov 4, 1896 Viola, Mercer Co., IL - April 6, 1976 Moline, Rock Island Co., ILL). She was the third wife to Charles Wesley Kelley (1886-1967). I would like to know who her parents were....and if there is an obituary for her. I do know that they had 5 children: Francis Murl (Mike), Clarence W., Rose Marie, Helen and Roy. I would like to know who they married and all...
