He was here in 1860 living near Russell B Welliver( I am guessing his wife was Cool). Jacob could be Russell's son. Russell had son's Henderson, Winfield, Andrew, Daughters Margaret and Eliza. Margaret Cool age 75 is living with them in 1860 I am guuessing she is the mother in law. They came from Columbia Co PA. Any connection?
