I have found a Kinsey buried in Peniel Cemetery in Millersburg Township, east and south of Joy. My husband is secretary for Peniel, so we have the records for this cemetery because it is an active cemetery with several burials each year. The information I have is: Margaret (Noble) Kinsey -- buried 3-14-1985 I would be glad to look at the stone to see if there is more information if you would like.
