I recently received a copy of a death certificate from 1913 from the McLean Co. courthouse. The undertaker's name was E.H. Preston, license no.: 2736 in Bloomington, IL. Is E.H. Preston, the name of the funeral home? Or does anyone know what funeral home he belonged to? And, is this funeral home still in existance today? I found a Preston-Hanley Funeral Home online, but they are located about 40 miles away in Pekin and Creve Coeur. I don't know if this is them. Also, in the upper left corner of the death certificate, in real small lettering was: "PANTAGRAPH PTO. & STA. CO BLOOMINGTON, ILL" Does anyone know what this might mean? It might be something insignificant, but I just wanted to make sure. Also, the "PTO" might be "PTG" I can't make it out quite clearly.
