Debbie, I have the query printed off in my McLean County file. It looks as if it was from a member of the Baize family Ellen (Short) Baize e-mail [email protected] It said her husbands grandparent lived in McLean County for some years. The family Bible belonged to a Webb family and has mostly Webb names listed-no Baizes. I remembered this as a Baize family Bible also--must have been the unusual surname over powering the more common one!
