Kay, That first paragraph is not correct. I got my generations mixed up there. The first paragraph should read: Martha Rayburn's father, Judge James Rayburn was the brother of my 3rd grt grandfather, Joseph Rayburn born in 1812 in Greenbrier Co, VA., which is where Judge James was born in 1779. They moved to Ross Co, OH > to London OH > to McClean Co IL. My source for the information abt the Shough family is the "The Descendents of Edward Rayburn" written by Earl Morris. I have not followed up on the Shough information, so I don't guarantee the correctness of the information. Sorry for the mix up!
