My great uncle's wife was a Dunlap. She was the daughter of Moses and Sarah (Campbell) Dunlap. She was born in 1900 in LeRoy, Illinois. She has brothers, Sy Dunlap and Jim Dunlap and I believe that there was 1 more brother. She also had a sister named Caroline. I forgot to say the name of whom I am talking about. Her name was Katherine (Dunlap) Phillips. She married Laban T. Phillips in about 1921-1923. Laban was the night captain on the Bloomington, Illinois Police Department until his retirement in 1944 or 1945. He died in 1953. There are articles and some with pictures in the Pantagraph and those are on reels at the Bloomington Library. I don't have my information in front of me but I have a small biographical write up that was in a McLean County Biographical Sketch book at the Bloomington Library.
