I believe the land it is on was donated by a Dooley. Do you have any old information on Downs? I am looking for any information that has to do with the names of Phillips in Downs and Wilcox in Downs. I have ties to both of these names and very little information on either concerning the relatives of Theophilus and Lavina (Wilcox) Phillips.
