I have what are called incomplete death indexes covering 1887--1915 for only Randolph County, Illinois. I also have cemetery indexes only for Randolph County. Only marriage and land records were kept with any diligence prior to the late 1870s in Illinois (because they involved money, taxes), and spottily up to about 1900 when the State began to impose penalities for not reporting births and deaths.
