Hi Sheri, I've gotten them from the Bloomington-Normal Genealogical Society, P.O. Box 488, Normal, IL 61761. There is a website where they are available, but I can't find it right now. They are quite reasonably priced. Don't have the cemetery books, but I have the following obtained from this source and will gladly do lookups. If everyone will limit the number of look up requested at one time to two, and understand that these old bones won't tolerate this chair for long, will be happy to do it.
