Thanks Tammy, I will try it again. I thought my husband had wiped it out, but managed to bring what you sent back. What I am having trouble with is "Wordpad." A cousin has sent me info on William Williamson, and a few Reynolds as e-mail attachments. It always comes up as "Wordpard has caused error in M----ll." I have tried different downloads, and still nothing. Have going the Save route, changed name of file, etc. Even changed the Icon. I just think for whatever reason, the configuration is not be accepted. I did manage to download the 1881 Canada census that I needed. By the way, the icon on the e-mail attachment looks like notepad, but has a red "A" in the lower right hand corner. The documents say "Wordpad," i.e. Sarah Reynolds, Wordpad Document. I have sent to DeWitt County Genealogical Society a check to do research, and IRAD. I am finding that a lot of people who were born in, and lived in, IL. went to Canada for a short time, then migrated back. Thank you again for your time and efforts. I appreciate it. My sister-in-law has to be the luckiest beginner at this genealogy thing. She has done her complete "Reiger" family, from Whiteside and Mclean County area, the Horton side, here in South Carolina, and now is doing the Gibson side here in South Carolina. It will all go to the South Carolina GenWeb Project. Hopefully, after Christmas, we will be able to transcribe a census or two for Beaufort County, and do a cemetery project. Have a great week, Shari
