I was wondering if anyone knew of an easy (or maybe hard) way to find a death record before 1916 (specifically 1913) that happened in Bloomington, IL. I logged onto the McLean County Clerk's web site and their death records only date Post-1916. The website says that if I want death records Pre-1916, I'm welcome to come in to the courthouse and search their indexes. I see the LDS only has microfilm on "Death index cards, 1878-1899" and "Register of deaths, 1878-1900." I'm wondering how to find a death between the LDS microfilm and county clerk's office dates.
