I'm looking for information on a William E Edwards Jr. He was born in Chicago around 1900, and died before 1938. He married a woman who's first name was May, and she had a daughter from a previous marriage named Beverly. William (Bill) and May had a son together who was also named William. We believe the family was living in the Normal, or Bloomington area. My relatives say William was robbed, killed, and his body found on the tracks, run over by a train. No one was ever charged with the crime, and I have no documents that say this was really what happened to him. His Mother was Florence Lloyd, and Father William Sr. Siblings were Ivan, and Hiram. And also two adopted sisters names Helen and Hazel. All raised in the Austin area of Chicago. debs
