My great grandfather was Jacob Myers (Meurer) who lived in Johnsburg, Illinois. I know he had a brother John and a sister Anna Maria whom I believe did marry into the Engels family. The ages all coincide to the point I am pretty sure it is them. I do have Johan Meurer m. Anna Engles 1/14/1864 and Anna Maria Meurer m. Nicolas Engels 1/5/1865. Do you have any info on the Meurer side?
