I am looking for information on Sylvester Joseph Patterson. He went by Joseph. He was married on July 20, 1864 ot Sarah L. Kirkpatrick in McDonough County. She was the daughter of John Lane and Catherine Matilda (Sims) Kirkpatrick. They had 4 children: Walter born June 20, 1865, John W. born in 1868, Annie born 1871, and an infant that died with Sarah at birth in 1873. All of the children were born in Macomb.
