I'm researching the Thomas H. Payne family of McDonough Co. This what I know. Thomas H. Payne b.1855 in OH, son of James and Sarah(Boyd) Payne. He married October 16, 1884 to Kate "Katie" Cahill in Sciota. I haven't located them on the 1900 census, so I don't know who their children were. Can anyone do look-ups for me.
