Sharie, I went ahead and checked on this a bit more. Thomas Langdon's land was T6N and R3W section 10. He received 160 in the SW corner of section ten. Try this site for a map: http://www.macomb.com/~ilmcdono/T6NR3W1875.jpg Each section contains 640 acres. Each quarter contains 160 acres. So by looking at the map you can divide the section into four parts. His would have been the bottom left part.
