I visited the Wheaton, Illinois Public Library this afternoon and here is the information: The Biographical Review of Johnson, Massac, Pope and Hardin Counties, Illlinois subtitled: Containing Biographical Sketches of Prominent and Representative Citizens It was originally published by the Chicago Biographical Publishing Company 1893 but the 650 page hard bound copy I looked at was a reproduction of the original reprinted by Cook and McDowell Publications, 700 Griffin, Hartford, Kentucky 42347.
