Hi, I think all the Faughns are related...it's just hard to figure out where your ancestor fits in to the family. My Faughns in Massac Co. end with Marg G. Faughn who married Jacob Gates in 1842. However, I do have a lot of info on her siblings...her father was John Faughn Jr. and mother was Mary George. They both came from Caldwell Co. Ky. His father was John Sr.; his was James and then back to William. I didn't find a Hardy Faughn in my info ... Gail
