Nicholas Woll ran a general store, and when he retired, his sons carried on. I am a descendant of the oldest son who was NICHOLAS WOLL, Jr. (1856 - 1931) and his wife MARY DENKER WOLL (1859 -1941). All of the above died in San Jose and are buried in Green Hill Cemetery. I would like to find more information on MARY DENKER WOLL's parents and siblings. Nicholas Woll's children were: KATHYRN WOLL, Jr. married JAMES SHANKLAND; LYDIA CLALLIE WOLL, married FRED BENNINGTON; AMELIA WOLL married WILFRED SELLERS; HARRY EDWARD WOLL married IRMA MAE PHILLIPP; EMMA WOLL married RICHARD SMITH; and SAMUEL HARRISON WOLL married PEARL OLIVE EYE.
