High St., at 10:30 pm May 31, 1954. She was taken to the Henderson-Jennings Funeral Home. Services were to be held at 2:30 pm Thursday at the Baptist Church with the Rev. Oscar Ouverson officiating. Burial to be in the Mason City Cemetery. Mrs. Price was born in Mason City March 12, 1886 the daughter of Joseph and Isabelle DeLong Shipman. She was married to John Lewis Price in Havana on Aug. 26 1903. He died March 23, 1943. Survivng are six daughters Mrs. Charlotte (Oscar) Howard, Peoria, IL; Mrs. Minerva (Eldon) Walton, Evansville, IN; Mrs. Louise (Elbert) Mellinger and Miss Sarah Price both Springfield; Mrs. Ecyle (Haxell) Wilcoxen Ontonagon, Mich; and Mrs. Audrey (Emmett) Griffin, Mason City; two sons Dudley "Shorty", (Ruth) Centralia, IL; Arthur, Galesburg, IL. two sisters Mrs. Minerva Bootz and Mrs. Ecyle Bayle both Peoria; one step-sister Aminta Briggs, Bath; one step-brother Moses Stiltz, California; 24 Grandshildren and 20 Great grandchildren. She was a member of the Mason City Baptist Church.
