He moved to Caswell County N.C. after the war and then to the part of Warren County, KY which became Allen County. His son Joseph Wright b:1785 m: arah Reavis, dau. of Harris Reavis a Revolutionary soldier from Northhampton County, N.C. b: ca. 1750 enlisted in the fall of 1780 in Rowan County until the close of the war.
