    3. Cheryle, thanks very much for sharing that information. I'm descended from Morgan Washington Nichols (one of my GGG grandparents) through his daughter Martha who married Dec 23, 1854 William Powell in Marion County. The last record I've been able to find of William and Martha E. Nichols Powell is the Federal Census of 1880 at which time they resided in Tonti Township. I'm interested in finding the death records and sites of interment for William and Martha Powell. The record you've shared with the list helps to clarify the relationship between John <Silas> Wright, Lucinda Wright, and Levin J. Wright with regard to four of Morgan's children. Malvina C. Nichols born 14 Jul 1833 per Silas Brown Wright but abt 1841 per the 1850 Federal Census enumeration in the household of Levin J. Wright, married (1) 28 Sep 1859 Jesse Albright (2) 28 Feb 1870 George Neville. The record you've provided re the attainment of lawful age supports the approximate birth year in the census enumeration.
