    3. I find this post of interest in regards to the Wilson line. My ancestor, Michael Wilson b NC came to Jefferson Co., IL between 1838 and 1843. He had a son Samuel b 1838 in TN and a son Alexander b 1843 in Jeff. Co. Could Michael be the son who " stayed in NC"? Would like to correspond with any researching this line.
