Cheryle, Eli W. Boring Ellen Jones were married 23 Jul 1861. I have a copy of their 50th Wedding Anniversary that appeared in the Salem newspaper. I have the marriage of Thomas Mrs Margaret Irwin as 19 Sep 1842. Sophia Boring was born 9 Nov 1864. I have no record of Marion Boring. Is there any other info on him/her. I have Thomas Boring born abt 1804 in Tenn. I had some info on the Jones' that was sent to me by a direct descendant who is researching Ross Jones descendants'. I am in the process of getting everything organized, updated, etc before I have my surgery. As soon as I find it, I'll let you know. The Jones data I have from the 1850 Federal Census of Marion County, lists Henry as Willis head of household and provides estimated birth years for the children of Henry (or Willis) and Eliza Chance (my 1C4R) as abt 1841 for Henry, abt 1845 for Eliza, abt 1847 for Rasmus, and abt 1850 for Willis. These dates, of course, do not agree with the dates in Silas Brown Wright's book. Do I have the wrong Jones family located in the 1850 Federal Census?
