HI Dot I am going to there this Wednesday so I will find out if it is still for sale and if so for how much. I have both the 2nd and 3rd. editions of the cemeteries but haven't gotten the first one as yet. I sure have been helped by both of them and found both to be well worth their price. I can't answer aboutt the shipping carges as I just go there and buy mine but will check on that also. Am sending you a package tomorrow so be on the look out for it. Sure hope it helps Sandy
