    3. If I am not badly mistaken, I think under Illinois law, regardless of who owns the land, they cannot block access to any cemetery. The same situation arose in Montgomery County about a year or so ago. I am not sure just what transpired over a period of time, but I feel sure that access to their cemetery in question was finally granted. You might access the Montgomery County Rootsweb site and post a query I am quite sure you will get an answer to the problem.     3. Bob I think that you are correct about the access. The comment was partially in jest. From where I was on the road it will be a challenge getting through the brush. I hope I am looking at the wrong spot that is why I recommended that he call the local fueral home. There might be some other way in.
