Patty, There were Stunkel/Stuenkel in Lafayette Co., MO that I have not yet researched. Possibly Hortense would be in one of those families in the 1900 census. I'll not be researching census films in Seattle until the rainy season starts. My database includes Stunkel/Stuenkel in northern Illinois and Bremer Co., IA.
