He had brothers of John (10 years older) and twin brothers William & Gideon (8 years younger) so there could easily have been brothers and sisters in between these boys. You do not happen to know the parents of your James do you? The mother of my brothers was Judah but I do not know ther father or her maiden name. She was born in 1795-1800 in VA.
