I just came back from the library where I went to get information on Anaheim California since I am spending two days there next week. Anyway looked up Illinois Terminal and found a book listed called Illinois Terminal, the electric years by Paul Stringham. Color pictures on page 263 and Bilio on 256. That was the only content. I also remember when I used to work in Chicago that there was a building I passed that housed all the railroad retirement information.
