Hi, Edwardsville is across the river from St. Louis. We lived there for eight years ending in 1964, when we moved to Connecticut. It was a great little town and we loved it.! We lived in a lovely 100 year old home right across the street from the bandstand and library. After we left, although the historical society fought to keep that house as a National Landmark, a realtor bought it, tore it down and put up a building and loan. Aaargh!
