Von Nida, County Clerk Madison County Courthouse 157 North Main Street, Suite 109 P. O. Box 218 Edwardsville, IL 62025-1999 They're very fast. My original request 1/6/99. They respondeed 1/13/99 that they had it and I should send $9. Sent the money 1/20/99. Received the certificate 2/4/99. I was amazed. Good luck. Sharon
