Obviously your Jacob was neighbor to my ggrandfather Nicholas Weber, but if he came from DEU and his children were born in Edwardsville, he was not of the Palatine migration in the early 1700s. Our Weaver/Webers had 2 Jacobs;, one in the Mohawk Valley and the other went to PA, but obviously long before your immigrant ancestor.
