I have a record of a large family of Taylors from Marine, Ill. I have seen it referred to as Marinetown in other records. Dont know the difference. Please post replies to the list for all to see. Marine Taylors: Robert Harrison Taylor b. 7/11/1820, wife Eliza Dugger b. 4/9/1826 in Marine. Children: Elizabeth, James Edward, JOhn Wesley, Josephine Francis, Holly Caroline, Millard Fillmore, Henry Franklin (my grandfather), Hannah Baluida, Augusta Grant, Martha Jane Taylor. This family moved to Cherryvale Ks area about 1870. I found this record in LDS archives. Submitter was Mary Faye Gibbs of LaGrande, Oregon.
