Hi all, I am new to this list, but lived most of my life in Madison County (WoodRiver area). I have almost 200 years worth of ancestors in Madison county and would like to know for sure by Y2K! I am seeking Parents of Christopher Columbus Peterson born in 1842, his mothers name Rebeca possibly Euichs/Erichs/Enichs its hard to read her last name on document I have. In later years I found her to be Rebeca Morris possible a second marriage. I do not have CC's father. Other names from Madison County I am researching are Schmidt, & Flack.
