I understand there are two Wood River massacre monuments. One put up in 1910, the other in 1980. The only directions I have are for the second. It's off Route 140 just west of Route 111, opposite the main entrance to the Gordon Moore Park. This information is from the article "The Wood River Massacre" published in the Illinois Magazine, July-August 1981, pp. 21-30, 49. I found the article in the Wood River Public Library phamplet file.
