    3. I don't know that there is a proper way. I printed out a Gedcom copy, wrote up a short history of what I knew about when, where, and how they came to be in Madison County, and included a front sheet with my name and address and e-mail address on it, in case anyone wanted to contact me for more information or to correct misinformation.
