Thanks, Patti. I just moved from Belleville, IL, and had used the Madison Genealogical Society a lot. Edwardsville was only an hour's drive from where I lived. Now that I am living in AZ, I really feel at a loss as to how to look things up, especially without paying a lot of money to researchers. I guess I will have to start using the LDS family center in Tucson to get microfilm, etc. Good luck on your hunt. I have been stuck on John E. Williams for well over a year. Something should break soon, or at least some tidbit from another family I'm researching should come up. We can hope.
