I can't help with an actual marriage date, but my 1927 Alton City Directory lists John A. Mosby (Zelma) 1b emp Laclede Steel Co. res 1803 Belle. So Marriage was before 1927, with a child listed in 1927 strongly suggests marriage 1926 or earlier. Not what you wanted, but a hint. Hope it is at least a little useful TOM SAXTON

Also, if you haven't done an LDS person search, I did one for the birth of Zelma Kaiser and found several. Spellings varied to Selma and Keiser and Kizer. However the ones found where mostly from Ohio but if her birthdate is needed, this might be something for you to check. One of those listed MIGHT be her. Obviously, you cannot do a marriage search after 1900 because of privacy concerns. (Unless the 1900 date has been moved forward...not sure).
