Can anyone help me? My ancestor, Andrew Russell died 8 Jan 1835, in Madison Co., IL. There is mention on an LDS film of his death and the guardianship of a Mary A. Russell. The only other information was that the Guardianship record was in the Vol. for 1832 to 1837. I was able to get his probate records from IRAD which contained very little of genealogical use, since there was no widow or mention of children. I want to get that guardianship record. I need to know an online source or a snail mail address to get it or whether or not I need to hire someone to go to the courthouse to find and copy it for me. Tom --
