I'm looking for ideas as to how to find out in what part of Madison County my g-g-maternal grandparents (Arnold WOLF and Eliza ROSS) were married in July 1866. According to the Madison County marriage record (Book 6, Page 204, Certificate # 180) the "Official" was J. Padon., Mg. Arnold Wolf has been elusive in Madison only finding naturalization record and then the marriage. Eliza Ross lived in the O'Fallon area prior to the marriage and I'm trying to connect the two!
