Pat, The information I have on the Stahls is Ellinora was married to a Mr Frank and lived in Fountain Green, IL in 1912 when Hiram Stahl died. Charles E Stahl born Nov 1857, married abt 1885, and died 1941, buried in Moro Cemetery. I don't have an exact death date for him so have not been able to track down and obit on him. The rest of the family, Martha was in Lawrence KS in 1912; Lavenia was in Somerset, PA in 1912, Maria married Joseph A Russell and was in Staunton, IL in 1912 and Daniel was also in Staunton in 1912. For The Clarence Stahl information, Clarence Victor was born 1885 married Margaret Stanton July 1905 and died in 1973. Their son, was Clarence S born 19 Aug 1906 and he died 28 Dec 1980. He married Mar 11, 1951 in Fort Smith, Ark., Mary Rosa Hargis Barton, she was born 6 Dec 1910, died 11 Dec 1969. He remarried but I don't have his 2nd wife's name. Children were Bernice Henderson and Lillian Josh (Josh was the last name) I got this info from his obituary.) Cencil N was born 10 May 1898 died 21 Feb 1988, me married 22 Oct 1930 Victoria L Lanham. Hi Barb, As I was looking over the information that I had, which is pretty much the same as yours, I did find a death date for Charles Edward Stahl. I have Nov. 8 1857 as birth and Feb 4 1941 as death. I don't have my source listed, but most of my info came from researchers in the Moro area, but maybe it will give you something to check out. If you do find an obit, I would be interested, in especially if it listed people. On Clarence's second wife, all I have is a first name of Margaret, so that is not much help. If you do run into anything on Ellen/Ellinore Stahl Frank or her son Elmer D. Porter, please keep me in mind. Someone last year said. John C. Frank and his first wife had a tombstone, but that he was not buried in it, and was probably buried with Ellen, Also someone sent me part of a newpaper write up, where it said, among people ill in Feb 1912 was John C. Frank. So he was still alive then.
