I saw my ggf and ggm plus a bunch of their kids in the 1860(?) census. There were several other Hanleys but I don't remember if they spelled their name with a "d." My ggf and ggm were listed as being from overseas (if I interpret the symbols correctly) but the other Hanleys were listed as being from Maine. I suspect my ggf was related to the others in the census but I have no information about him. My ggf and ggm moved to New Albany where he soon died. Their children and grandchildren moved to Muncie, Indianapolis, TerreHaute and Chicago. I have never heard reference to any relatives left behind in Illinois, but I can't believe my ggf's living in Bunker Hill was coincidental.
