Nina Oakwood Cemetery aka Upper Alton Cemetery is located on Homer Adams Parkway just west of Washington Avenue on the north side of Alton. Across from the cemetery is a golf course. You should be able to find the streets if not the cemetery or golf course on a map. You may want to try "Map Quest" at (www.mapquest.com). Go to this site and just put in Oakwood Avenue, Alton IL 62002. The next screen will give you 6 small maps. However scroll down and click on "show next". The next screen will continue with the small maps and the first one has the cemetery showing very nicely.
